油墨对PETG热收缩薄膜性能影响的研究

本文就薄膜印刷后及存放一段时间后的各项性能指标展开了研究.结果显示,拉伸强度和断裂伸长率随着印刷层数的增多而降低,相对应的弹性模量下降;挺度随着油墨印刷层数的增加而变大,相反,薄膜的收缩力随着印刷油墨层数的增加而降低;此外,室温下放置印刷油墨后的薄膜对其性能没有明显的影响,但对薄膜进行湿热老化,其力学性能及收缩套标应用均会受到影响.
Study on the influence of ink printing on the properties of PETG shrinkable film
In this paper,the properties of the film after printing and storage for a period of time are studied.The results show that the tensile strength and elongation at break decrease with the increase of printing layers,and the corresponding elastic modulus decreases.The stiffness increases with the increase of printing ink layers,on the contrary,the shrinkage force of the film decreases with the increase of printing ink layers.In addition,the film after the printing ink is placed at room temperature has no obvious effect on its performance,but the film is subjected to wet and thermal aging,its mechanical properties and the application of shrinkage sleeve will be affected.
