Study on properties of different EVOH high barrier sheets
The barrier properties,mechanical properties and molding properties of PP/Tie/EVOH/Tie/PP,PS/Tie/EVOH/Tie/PS and PS/Tie/EVOH/Tie/PE were studied by experiments.The results show that all three kinds of sheets have good oxygen resistance,and the oxygen resistance becomes better with the increase of EVOH thickness.PP/Tie/EVOH/Tie/PP sheet has high molding temperature,good toughness and is difficult to punch,PS/Tie/EVOH/Tie/PS,PS/Tie/EVOH/Tie/PE sheet has good rigidity and is easy to form and punching.
