摘要
我国2008年实行"限塑令"以来,对生物可降解塑料的需求保持较高稳定增长趋势.本文介绍了生物可降解塑料在食品包装中的应用和风险研究,简述了生物可降解塑料的类型、生物可降解塑料在食品包装中的应用、食品包装使用生物可降解塑料的风险的最新研究情况,并对生物可降解塑料在食品包装领域的未来发展趋势进行了展望.
Abstract
Since the implementation of the"Plastic Restriction Order"in China in 2008,the demand for biodegradable plastics has maintained a high and stable growth trend.This paper introduces the research on the application and risk of biodegradable plastics in food packaging,briefly describes the types of biodegradable plastics,the application of biodegradable plastics in food packaging,the latest research on the risk of applying biodegradable plastics in food packaging,and also gives an outlook on the future development trend of biodegradable plastics in the field of food packaging.
