Determination of Residual Amounts of 25 Solvents in Composite Membrane by Headspace-Gas Chromatography
Objective:In this paper,headspace-gas chromatography was used to accurately and efficiently analyze 25 kinds of residual solvents in composite films. Methods:The samples were detected by headspace-gas chromatography.During the test, the conditions were optimized, the corresponding detection method was established, and the relevant verification was carried out. Results:When the sampling area was 100cm2,the linear relationship of 19 non-benzene solvents in the method was good in the concentration range of 0.1mg/m2-5mg/m2.The detection limit of the method was 0.05mg/m2,the recovery rate was 95.72-109.86%,and the precision was 0.73-5.52%.The linear relationship of the six benzene solvents was good in the concentration range of 0.05mg/m2-2.5mg/m2.The detection limit of the verification method was 0.025mg/m2,the recovery rate was 96.84-103.60%,and the precision was 0.41-2.16%,which could meet the requirements of the standard for the detection of residual solvent in composite films. Conclusion:This study provides an effective technical means for the quality control of composite film and the monitoring of solvent residues in the production process, which is of great significance for the protection of product quality and consumer health.
