湖北省储能需求规模研究及抽水蓄能布局分析

湖北省地势为东、西、北三面环山,中间低平,略呈向南敞开的不完整盆地,天然具备建设抽水蓄能电站所需的地形高差和充足的水源条件.从站点资源分布来看,抽水蓄能资源站点基本位于西部、北部和东北部的大别山区,其中尤其以西部山区资源站点相对最多,中部江汉平原站点资源较少.湖北省 2030 年无需新增区外来电补充电量,考虑新增约 760 万 kW储能补充电力缺口,新能源消纳率为 96.2%;2035 年考虑由储能设施+区外来电补充电力缺口和电量缺口,通过拟定多组方案开展模拟和经济分析,2035 年储能总需求规模 1 991 万 kW,新能源消纳率可达到 95%以上,年费用相对最低,经济性最好.从分区电力市场空间进一步分析,2035 年鄂东储能需求规模为 840 万kW,鄂西储能需求规模为 690 万kW,鄂西北合理需求规模为 461 万kW.总体而言,湖北省抽水蓄能资源分布与需求一定程度上匹配,未来抽水蓄能和新型储能布局宜重点考虑鄂东、鄂西北区域.
Research on Energy Storage Demand Scale and Pumped Storage Layout in Hubei Province
The terrain of Hubei Province is an incomplete basin,surrounded by mountains in the east,west and north,low and flat in the middle,and slightly open to the south.Naturally,it has the topographic height difference and sufficient water resources required for the construction of pumped-storage power stations.From the perspective of site distribution,pumped storage sites in Hubei Province are basically located in the western,northern and Dabieshan Mountain area,especially in the western mountain area,the sites are the most abundant,while in the central Jianghan Plain,the sites are relatively less.The analysis results show that,for 2030,Hubei Province will not require additional external electricity,but an additional 7.6 GW of energy storage is needed to fill the power gap,and in this case,the renewable energy consumption rate can achieve 96.2%;for 2035,both power and energy gaps are filled by the combined supplementation of energy storage facilities and external power,in which,the total demand for energy storage in 2035 is 19.91 GW based on multiple scenarios simulation and economic analysis,and in this case,the renewable energy consumption rate will exceed 95%and the annual cost is lowest.Further analysis of the regional power market indicates that,by 2035,the energy storage demand for eastern Hubei will be 8.4 GW,the energy storage demand for western Hubei is 6.9 GW,and a reasonable energy storage demand for northwestern Hubei is 4.61 GW.Overall,the distribution of pumped storage resources in Hubei Province aligns with demand to a certain extent,and future layouts of pumped storage and new energy storage should focus on the eastern and northwestern Hubei Province.
