基于变异系数法的沙颍河上游干流生态基流价值变化研究

为了辨识生态基流价值变化规律,以沙颍河上游干流告成段、化行段、黄桥段 2008 年~2021 年降水、蒸发、流量、人均用水量、人均 GDP、水质达标率数据,建立影响生态基流因子体系,根据变异系数法和 2021 年生态基流价值,研究河段生态基流价值年际变化.研究表明:告成段生态基流价值在 0.483 亿~4.726 亿元波动、化行段在 10.106 亿~79.954 亿元变化、黄桥段变化范围是 7.201 亿~46.431 亿元;告成段、黄桥段水质因子所占权重最大,其次是流量、降水量因子;化行段因水质较优,流量因子所占权重最大,水质、降水量因子次之;经济、蒸发量、用水量因子在各河段的权重均较小,对生态基流价值的影响不大.河段年均流量与降水量排序为黄桥段>化行段>告成段,但生态基流价值排序为化行段>黄桥段>告成段,说明生态基流价值首先取决于水质,其次是流量与降水量.
Change of Ecological Baseflow Value of the Upper Main Stream of Shaying River by Coefficient of Variation Method
To identify the variation law of ecological baseflow value,the factor system affecting ecological baseflow is established based on the data of rainfall,evaporation,discharge,per capita water consumption,per capita GDP and water quality compliance rate of Gaocheng,Huaxing and Huangqiao sections of the upper main stream of Shaying River from 2008 to 2021.The inter-annual changes of the ecological baseflow value of the reaches are studied by the coefficient of variation method and based on the ecological base flow value in 2021.The results show that,(a)the annual ecological baseflow value is 48.3 million-472.6 million yuan in Gaocheng section,1.010 6 billion-7.995 4 billion yuan in Huaxing section,and 0.720 1 billion-4.643 1 billion yuan in Huangqiao section,respectively;(b)the weight of water quality in the Gaocheng and Huangqiao sections are the largest,followed by discharge and precipitation;(c)due to better water quality in Huaxing section,the weight of flow is the largest,followed by water quality and precipitation;and(d)the weights of economic,evaporation and water consumption are smaller in each river section,which has little impact on the value of ecological baseflow.The order of annual discharge and precipitation in the reaches is Huangqiao>Huaxing>Gaocheng,but the order of ecological baseflow value is Huaxing>Huangqiao>Gaocheng,indicating that the value of ecological baseflow first depends on water quality,followed by discharge and precipitation.
