Stability Analysis of Offshore Wind Power Conduit Support Foundation Considering Sliding Pile Effect
When encountering soft soil layers during the process of pile sinking and driving of jacket pile foundation, the phenomenon of pile sliding may occur, leading to the reshaping of the soil around the pile and the reduction of lateral friction, thereby affecting the stability of pile foundation. Therefore, the research on the bearing characteristics of jacket foundations considering the sliding pile effect is crucial for the safety of offshore wind power engineering. This article takes a wind farm in the East China Sea as the engineering background, and a combination of theoretical calculation and numerical simulation is used to analyze the influence of pile sliding effect on the bearing characteristics of jacket foundation. The following conclusions are drawn:(a)the pile sliding occurs at a depth of 19.6 meters during pile sinking, and the pile sliding occurs at a depth of 19.0 meters during pile driving process;(b)the influence of sliding piles on the bearing characteristics of pull-out piles and compression piles is not significantly different;and(c)the reduction coefficient of lateral friction has a significant impact on the deflection of the jacket pile foundation with a maximum increase of 309.1%,and the impact on the bending moment of the jacket pile foundation is relatively smaller with a maximum increase of 57.6%.
