Analysis of Development Strategy for National Reserve Forest in Ningguo City Based on AHP-SWOT
Ningguo City is a key construction area for national reserve forest in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River,and the development of national reserve forest base construction is imperative.Based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process-Situation Analysis model,this paper analyzes the development strategy of national reserve forest in Ningguo City.Firstly,an evaluation index system for the development of national reserve forest in the city is constructed,and then the weights of each index are determined to form a strategic analysis quadrilateral diagram.The centroid coordinates of the strategy were obtained as P(0.020 7,0.117 3),and the strategy intensity coefficient was ρ=0.901 2.The area order of the strategic triangle was SSO＞SST＞SWO＞SWT.It can be seen that the development of national reserve forest in Ningguo City belongs to the strength-type project,and an active development strategy should be adopted.In addition,strategic suggestions such as adhering to ecological priority,government guidance,scientific planning,and financing guarantee were proposed,providing decision-making references and strategic suggestions for the development of national reserve forest in Ningguo City and other regions.
