摘要

为了探究加拿大林火管理的国际领先地位形成过程及其实效性,从加拿大林火研究发展历程、林火管理变化与现状、林火次数与受害森林面积变化等方面进行了分析.结果表明:加拿大林火研究中的持续性、创新性、交叉融合性和组织性是形成加拿大先进林火管理的关键.同时,发现加拿大林火次数、受害森林面积在过去的30年间均有明显的降低趋势,体现了加拿大林火管理的实效性.加拿大林火研究中的4个关键点,值得我国学习与借鉴.

Abstract

To explore the development process and effectiveness of Canada's international leadership in forest fire management,in this paper,the history of research on forest fires in Canada,the change and status of forest fire management,and the changes in the number of forest fires and the burned areas were investigated.According to the results,the keys to the advanced forest fire management in Canada lie in the continuity,innovation,integration and organization of forest fire research in Canada.At the same time,it is noticed that the number of forest fires and the area of forest affected in Canada have decreased significantly over the past 30 years,demonstrating the effectiveness of forest fire management in Canada.It is worth our country learning from the 4 key points in the forest fire research of Canada.
