摘要
依靠人力扑救森林火灾是高危灭火方式,灭火效率低,极易造成人员伤亡.用水灭火是相对更安全、更彻底、更有效的手段,水是森林防灭火工作的关键要素,也是以水灭火战法的前提条件.对山区县的引水上山建设类型进行技术分析,希望能够为相关领域提供一些有用的参考.
Abstract
Relying on manpower to fight forest fires is a high-risk fire extinguishing method with low fire extinguishing efficiency and easy to cause casualties.Using water to extinguish fires is a safer,more thorough and more effective method,water is the key element of forest fire prevention work,but also the prerequisite of water fire fighting method.The technical analysis of water diversion construction types in mountainous counties is hoped to provide some useful references for related fields.
