Design and Implementation of Forestry Ecology(Forest Chief System)Network Perception Platform——Taking Jinan City in Shandong Province as an Example
In order to implement the major decisions and deployments of the Central Committee and Shandong Province on the full implementation of the forest chief system,and innovatively promote the monitoring and supervision of forest grass and wet resources and the information construction of the forester system,Jinan City has carried out the construction of the forestry ecology(forest chief system)network perception platform.Based on the comprehensive management database of forest grass and wet resources and supported by the landscape and forestry greening service platform,the platform has realized the comprehensive monitoring of forest grass and wet ecology,resource supervision and intelligent forester grid management,digitally enabling the landscape and forestry greening work,unified planning,unified standards,unified system,unified platform and unified management,which has improved the city's resource protection efforts and the work efficiency of the forest chief system,and promoted the high-quality development of the city's landscape and forestry greening undertakings.
