Preliminary Study on the Construction of Biological Fire Prevention Belt in Southwest Karst Region——Taking Bijie City,Guizhou Province as an Example
On the basis of the existing forest fire prevention constructions,Bijie City closely combines national policy guidance,support direction,and fund investment to implement the construction of biological fire prevention belts,further improve and perfect the forest fire prevention system,make up for the prominent shortcomings of the current important infrastructures for forest and grassland fire prevention,effectively stop the spread of forest fires,reduce the impacts and losses caused by forest fires,and promote the construction of biological fire prevention belts in the southwestern karst region,which plays an important role on promoting the construction and development of forest fire prevention and control.
