摘要

火灾勘验现场存在大量复杂的化学性职业危害因素,给火灾调查人员的职业安全与健康带来了极大的威胁.为实现火灾勘验现场化学性职业危害因素的监测,通过危害因素辨识确定检测气体种类及浓度,采用气体传感器阵列技术设计便携式气体分析仪,使用标准气体和材料热解产烟,对气体分析仪的检测有效性进行了验证.结果表明:便携式气体分析仪可实现混合急、慢性毒性气体和可吸入性颗粒物浓度的检测,为火调人员化学职业危害评估与防护提供参考.

Abstract

There are a large number of complex chemical occupational hazards present at the fire investigation site,posing a great threat to the occupational safety and health of fire investigators.To achieve the monitoring of chemical occupational hazards at the fire inspection site,the type and concentration of gas detected were determined through hazard factor identification.A portable gas analyzer was designed using gas sensor array technology,and the detection effectiveness of the gas analyzer was verified using standard gases and material pyrolysis to produce smoke.The results indicated that the portable gas analyzer can detect the concentration of mixed acute and chronic toxic gases and inhalable particulate matter,providing reference for the assessment and protection of chemical occupational hazards for fire control personnel.
