摘要
航空应急救援机动灵活,在森林火灾扑救工作中的实践运用由来已久、作用突出.以2022 年永康市"10·1"白云山森林火灾扑救为例,通过实际救援过程中记录的相关数据资料,对火场环境、应急处置、扑救组织、协调配合等进行多角度分析,深入总结好的经验做法,提出不足与建议,以期由点及面为优化提升浙江航空应急救援综合能力提供借鉴.
Abstract
Aviation emergency rescue is flexible and has been used in forest fire fighting for a long time.Takeing the"10·1"Baiyunshan forest fire in Yongkang City in 2022 as an example,through the relevant data recorded during the actual rescue process,the fire environment,emergency response,firefighting organization,coordination and cooperation from multiple perspectives were analyzed.Good experience and practices were deeply summarized,shortcomings and suggestions were put forward,in order to provide reference for optimizing and improving the comprehensive aviation emergency rescue capabilities of Zhejiang from point to surface.
