航空护林直升机视频传输系统试点建设与效果分析——以广东省河源市为例

为充分利用直升飞机护林巡航时间长、距离远、范围广的优势,开展森林防火直升机视频传输通信保障系统试验.在河源市15 642 km2范围内,利用现有通信铁塔建立25套地面接收基站.测试结果表明:在现有13条直升机护林航线上,直升机观察员观察到的景象都能顺畅的传输到河源市森林防灭火指挥中心和省应急指挥中心,系统还实现了"直升机—指挥中心"人员的语音互通.系统应用表明:设备组件运行稳定可靠,操作简单易行,具有很好的推广应用前景.
Pilot Construction and Effect Analysis of Video Transmission System for Aviation Forest Protection Helicopter——Taking Heyuan City of Guangdong Province as an Example
In order to make full use of the advantages of long time,long distance and wide range of helicopter forest protection,the experiment of video transmission and communication support system for forest fire prevention helicopter was carried out.Set up 25 ground receiving base stations within the 15 642 km2 area of Heyuan island using existing communication towers.The results showed that on the existing 13 helicopter escort routes,the images observed by the helicopter observers could be smoothly transmitted to the Heyuan Forest Fire Prevention Command Center and the Provincial Emergency Command Center,the system also achieves voice communication between the"Helicopter-command Center"personnel.The application of the system shows that the equipment components run stably and reliably,the operation is simple and easy,and it has a good application prospect.
