With the continuous advancement of infrastructure construction in China,the design and construction technology of small and medium-span bridges in mountainous areas has been improved day by day.On the basis of previous researches,the key points of the design of small-and medium-span bridges in mountainous areas with small width-span ratios further were discussed in this paper,in order to provide a more detailed reference for the design of bridges in mountainous areas.
