摘要
以深圳市罗湖区为例,对区域内森林防火现状、森林防火工作面临的形势和问题进行了全面分析,提出了预防、扑救、保障三大体系建设内容及目标.重点对森林火险预警监测系统、林火阻隔系统、森林防火宣传教育、森林防火信息管理与指挥系统、森林防灭火队伍、森林消防蓄水桶、森林航空消防、森林防火物资储备、森林火灾应急预案体系九大建设内容进行了规划,以期能够健全完善罗湖区森林防火体系,并为其他高密度城区森林防火体系建设提供参考.
Abstract
Using the example of Luohu District in Shenzhen,in this article,the current situation and problems of forest fire prevention were analyzed.The construction content and target of the three major systems of forest fire prevention,fighting,and guarantee had been put forward.The nine major construction tasks of forest fire prevention early warning and monitoring system,forest fire barrier system,forest fire prevention publicity and education,communication and information command system,forest fire brigade capacity,forest fire bucket,forest aviation fire protection,forest fire prevention material reserves,forest fire emergency plan system were planned to form a complete forest fire prevention in Luohu district of Shenzhen,to provide some reference for other similar urban areas.
