摘要

概述了蒙阴县及蒙阴县国有林场基本情况,指出了蒙阴县国有林场存在的问题,阐述了为解决存在的问题而采取聘用退役军人进行护林防火的做法和取得的成效,并进行了经验总结,为国有林场或其他行业用工就业提供有益启发.

Abstract

In this paper,the basic situation of Mengyin County and the state-owned forest farm in Mengyin County was summarized,the existing problems of the state-owned forest farm in Mengyin County were pointed out,the practice of employing retired military personnel for forest fire protection was expounded and the results were achieved in order to solve the existing problems,and the experience was summarized,which provided useful inspiration for the employment of state-owned forest farm or other industries.
