Discussion on the Fire Prevention Mechanism of Recruiting Retired Military Personnel for Forest Protection in State owned Forest Farms——Taking the State-owned Forest Farm in Mengyin County,Linyi City as an Example
In this paper,the basic situation of Mengyin County and the state-owned forest farm in Mengyin County was summarized,the existing problems of the state-owned forest farm in Mengyin County were pointed out,the practice of employing retired military personnel for forest fire protection was expounded and the results were achieved in order to solve the existing problems,and the experience was summarized,which provided useful inspiration for the employment of state-owned forest farm or other industries.
