With the progress of science and technology and the continuous development of society,the application of satellite communication technology in fire rescue is an important direction of current science and technology development,which provides strong support for dealing with disasters and emergencies.Through an overview of satellite communication technology,this paper has an in-depth understanding of the foundation and practical application of the technology.Secondly,the advantages and applicability of satellite communication technology in fire rescue were discussed from multiple perspectives.At the same time,the application of satellite technology in forest fire rescue was expounded,and the limitations of satellite communication technology in fire rescue were discussed.Then some suggestions are put forward to make better use of satellite communication technology.
