Study on Countermeasures of Forest and Grassland Fire Prevention Materials Reserve Construction——Taking Shanxi Province as an Example
In this paper,the construction of provincial reserves of forest and grassland fire prevention materials in Shanxi Province was summarized.Through analysis,the existing problems were summarized,which include the lack of perfect emergency material transport guarantee mechanism,the lack of advanced equipment,insufficient capacity of reserve warehouse,the failure to establish the provincial forest fire prevention reserve co-ordination system,unspecified warehouse reserve material management,etc.Finally,countermeasures and suggestions were put forward from perspectives of improving the forest and grassland fire prevention materials in the reserve management system as a new-era management system,optimizing forest and grassland fire prevention material reserve variety structure,and improving the construction of provincial forest and grassland fire prevention materials reserve in Shanxi Province.
