Exploration of New Paradigms for Ground Fire Prevention and Control in City-forest Integrated State-owned Forest Farms——Take Beijing Xishan Experimental Forest Farm as an Example
In view of the challenges of complex fire source management, frequent fire risks, high post-disaster recovery costs, impaired air quality and negative social and psychological impacts in state-owned forest farms under the integration of cities and forests, preventing fires and unbearable fire consequences is the primary task of forest fire prevention.Taking the Xishan Experimental Forest Farm in Beijing as an example,by comprehensively strengthening the construction of fine-scale spatiotemporal granularity ground fire prevention and control capabilities for fire source prevention, fire risk warning, fire alarm and advance disposal,a new mechanism for the transformation from human defense to technical defense, from passive to active, and from experience to science was realized,a new fire prevention mechanism and model was constructed, and a new paradigm of ground fire prevention and control in state-owned forest farms around cities was demonstrated, which promotes the high-quality development of state-owned forest farms in the new era.
