随着新型材料不断涌现,研究并设计了一款更适合森林消防队员的新型防火手套.首先根据森林防火手套现有材料进行对比试验,从阻燃性能,理化性能,隔热性能等方面筛选出合适的材料;其次设计了森林防火手套外形、功能、缝纫工艺;最后对森林防火手套成品进行检测,其阻燃性能,热防护性能,理化性能都符合相关标准.
Development of New Forest Fire Gloves
With the development of science and technology,new materials continue to emerge,design a new type of fire gloves more suitable for forest firefighters.Specifically designed from four aspects.First,according to the existing materials of gloves,the most suitable materials for forest fire prevention are selected from the aspects of flame retardant performance,physical and chemical properties,heat insulation performance and so on.Second,the glove shape and functional design;Third,the sewing process of fire gloves;Fourth,the testing of finished gloves.Its flame retardant performance,thermal protection performance,physical and chemical properties are in line with the relevant standards.
