The Cross-region Rescue Mobility Capacity Building under the Requirements of the Area-wide Mission——Taking the Forest Fire Brigade of Pu'er City,Yunnan Province as an Example
In order to meet the requirements of comprehensive fire rescue mobile teams for all-region mobile tasks and better fulfill the disaster relief and disaster reduction functions and missions of the comprehensive task situation of"all disasters and big emergencies",closely focusing on the construction requirements of"mobile training in practice",in this paper,the necessity,feasibility and problems of mobile capacity construction under the requirements of all-region task combined with the current situation of cross-region mobile rescue mode were analyzed.From the three aspects of the construction of cross-district mobile rescue system,the improvement of motorized mobile capacity,and the construction of sudden and rapid counter-force,the measures to improve the cross-district mobile rescue capacity were discussed to ensure the rapid arrival of the rescue scene,the acquisition of favorable opportunities,and the efficient completion of tasks.
