Compilation and Practice of Forrest Areas Planning Based on the Concept of Territory Spatial Planning——Taking Forest Fire Prevention and Forest Quality Improvement in Nanchuan District,Chongqing City as an Example
As the main battlefield for ecological civilization construction,forests are of great significance for maintaining national ecological security.In recent years,due to climate change and human activities,forest fires have shown a high incidence trend.In order to effectively prevent forest fires and secondary disasters.In this article,the application of the concept of national spatial planning in the formulation of forest area planning in the context of national spatial planning and"multi planning integration"was proposed for the first time.Based on the zoning of forest fire hazards,the current situation of forest areas in this article was comprehensively investigated and sorted out,the structure of forest fire prevention zones was reasonably divided,special plans were fully connected with such as water conservancy,transportation,and cultural tourism.Finally,the construction of forest fire prevention and extinguishing infrastructure and measures were implemented to improve forest quality in a spatial manner.Taking the planning of forest areas in Nanchuan District,Chongqing as an example to explain the innovation,feasibility and practicability of forest area planning,providing useful reference for the theory and practice of forest area planning under the background of territorial spatial planning.
