Research on the Construction of a Joint Defense"One Map"for Forest Fire Prevention at the Provincial Boundaries of Guangdong Province
In this paper, the issues of weak geographical data foundations, insufficient timeliness, and low integration in the cross-management areas of forest fire prevention at the provincial boundaries of Guangdong,Guangxi,Hunan,Jiangxi, and Fujian were addressed.the construction of a"One Map"for the joint defense of forest fire prevention at the provincial boundaries of Guangdong based on the construction of three-dimensional terrain was explored.Advanced technologies were utilized in the project, such as aerial photogrammetry and three-dimensional terrain construction, integrating multi-source,multi-temporal,and multi-scale data to build a basic geographical database of the provincial boundary area that includes high-resolution remote sensing images and three-dimensional terrain,as well as special maps and atlases for forest fire prevention. The research results showed that the construction of this"One Map"has effectively enhanced the capacity for forest fire prevention and comprehensive management level in the provincial boundary areas of Guangdong.
