云南红河州森林火灾风险评估研究

以全国森林火灾风险评估技术体系为架构,基于红河州森林火灾风险普查数据对红河州森林火灾危险性、综合风险进行了评估和研究.结果表明:红河州森林火灾危险性指数最高的是石屏县,为0.349 4,最低的是金平县,为0.188 0,全州各县(市)平均值为0.254 3,处于平均值附近的是开远市.全州森林火灾风险指数最高的是绿春县0.328 3,最低的是蒙自市,为0.198 7,全州各县(市)平均值为0.246 9,处于平均值附近的是弥勒市.综合风险评估结果与红河州森林防火实际情况有所差异,主要原因是从指标体系和指标权重来看,森林资源总量对森林火灾综合风险评估结果影响较大.通过红河州森林火灾风险评估结果,与实际情况相互对比印证,为进一步优化森林火灾风险评估体系提供参考.
Study on Forest Fire Risk Assessment in Honghe Prefecture of Yunnan Province
Based on the technical system of forest fire risk,the forest fire hazard and forest fire risk were studied by using the survey data of forest fire risk in Honghe Prefecture.The results showed that the highest forest fire hazard index in Honghe Prefecture was 0.349 4 in Shiping City,the lowest was 0.188 0 in Jinping City,and the average was 0.254 3,Kaiyuan City was closed the average.The highest forest fire risk index was 0.328 3 in Lvchun City,the lowest was 0.198 7 in Mengzi City,and the average was 0.246 9,Mile City was closed the average.The results of the risk assessment are different from the actual situation of forest fire control in Honghe Prefecture,mainly because the total amount of forest resources has a great impact on the results of risk assessment of forest fires from the perspective of index system and index weight.Through the results of forest fire risk assessment in Honghe Prefecture,they are compared with the actual situation,which provides a reference for further optimizing the forest fire risk assessment system.
