随着科技的发展,对森林草原防火专业扑火队伍运载装备有了更高的需求,因此,设计了一款半履带式林草防灭火运载装备.主要介绍了半履带式林草防灭火运载装备的结构设计、发动机的选择、行驶系统的设计,其具有结构简单、转向灵活、行驶速度快、应用范围广等特点,还对半履带式林草防灭火运载装备的性能进行了分析,建立了其跨越障碍物时的力学模型图、装备越过障碍物时的力学关系以及越障条件,分析计算出在不同附着条件下该装备前轮越障高度随装备重心位置变化曲线.该研究为运载装备的装载重量以及装载位置提供了重要依据.
Design of Half-track Forestry and Grassland Fire Fighting Equipment
With the development of science and technology,there is a higher demand for forestry and grassland fire fighting team carrying equipment.Therefore,a semi-crawler type fire fighting equipment was designed.In this paper,the structure design,the choice of engine,and the design of driving system of the semi-crawler type fire-fighting equipment for forestry and grassland was mainly introduced.It has the characteristics of simple structure,flexible steering,high driving speed and wide application range.The performance of semi-tracked fire-fighting equipment for forestry and grassland was also analyzed.The mechanics model diagram,mechanics relation and obstacle surmounting condition of the equipment were established.The change curve of the front wheel surmounting height with the center of gravity of the equipment was analyzed and calculated under different attachment conditions.This study provides an important basis for the loading weight and loading position of the carrier equipment.
