Empirical Study on the Application of the Analytic Hierarchy Process in Forest Fire Emergency Support Decision-making in Beijing
By applying the fundamental principles of the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),this study aims to determine the prioritization of initial forest fire support objectives.Using data from significant forest fires during the 2005-2020 forest fire prevention years, the key associated factors that played a critical role in Beijing's past forest fire prevention and emergency rescue operations were analyzed.A combination of qualitative and quantitative methods was employed to systematically organize and assign empirical values to the various factors and types in the criterion and alternative layers. Two levels of positive reciprocal matrices are constructed, from which the weight ratios of the alternative layer are derived, ultimately determining the priority support types at the objective level. This provides decision-making references to optimize the efficiency of command and dispatch operations.
