Current Situation and Development Suggestion of Rubberwood Trade Imported from Thailand in China
In 2023,China's total imports from Thailand will be about 50.546 billion US dollars,of which imports of wood and wood products from Thailand(mainly wood)account for about 3%of China's total imports from Thailand.In the rubberwood and products import and export business,China and Thailand are clearly the largest trading partners in the past few decades.According to customs statistics,in 2023,Thailand's annual import volume of rubber wood sawn timber is 4.49 million cubic meters,the import volume of particle board is 273 200 tons,and the import volume of veneer is 99 000 tons.In this paper,the current situation of rubberwood trade imported from Thailand in China was summarized,and relevant suggestions on the existing shortcomings and problems were put forward.
