摘要
近年来,蒙阴县坚持高起点规划、高标准建设、高效能管理,持续加大资金投入,大力实施造林绿化工程,全面提升森林资源管护水平,积极发展林业产业,努力实现山水林田湖草沙系统治理和高质量发展,实现了森林面积、森林蓄积、森林覆盖率和林业产值持续增长,林业生态、经济和社会三大效益成效显著.为进一步改善城乡人居环境,加快推动生态文明建设,蒙阴县积极开展国家森林城市建设,本文对国家森林城市建设现状进行分析,并对存在问题提出合理化建议.
Abstract
In recent years,the Mengyin County Party Committee and Government have attached great importance to ecological construction and forestry development,adhering to high starting point planning,high standard construction,and efficient management.The funding,vigorously implemented afforestation and greening projects have been continuously increased,the level of forest resource management was comprehensively improved,the forestry industry was actively developed,and the governance and high-quality development of the mountain,water,forest,farmland,lake,grass and sand system were strived to achieve.The sustained growth in forest area,forest storage,forest coverage,and forestry output value,and significant results in forestry ecology,economy,and society have been achieved.In order to further improve the living environment in urban and rural areas and accelerate the construction of ecological civilization,Mengyin County actively responds to the deployment and requirements of the National Forestry and Grassland Administration and the Shandong Provincial Department of Natural Resources to carry out forest city construction,national forest city construction work was actively carried out,the current situation of national forest city construction was analyzed,and reasonable suggestions for the existing problems were put forward.
