Exploration and research on"the separation of review and administrative approval"of water administration in Pearl River Basin based on the reform of"streamlining the government,delegating power,and improving government services"
In order to thoroughly implement the reform of"streamlining the government,delegating power,and improving government services",water administrative departments at all levels in the the Pearl River Basin actively explore and try to"separate review from approval".Combined with the pilot of"separation of review and administrative approval"in the the Pearl River Basin,this article analyzes the current examination and approval mode and"separation of review and adminis-trative approval"mode,and finds that such separation can improve the quality and efficiency of review and approval and promote the clean government.It summarizes the current problems of"separation of review and administrative approval",and proposes improvement measures and suggestions in combination with the requirements of"streamlining the government,delegating power,and improving government services"reform,providing useful references for exploring and promoting the"separation of review and administrative approval".
