Strengthening unified regulation of cross-provincial river water resources and promoting high-quality development of Pearl River water conservancy in the new era
Water resource regulation is a crucial measure for optimizing the allocation of water resources and achieving"spatial balance"of water resources,serving as the vital support for promoting high-quality development of water resources in the new era.This article reviews the practice and effectiveness of cross-provincial river water resources regulation in the Pearl River Basin in recent years.It summarizes the experiences and insights of unified regulation of water resources from four aspects,including people-first governance,problem orientation,systematic protection and bottom-line thought,provi-ding valuable references for better management of water resource regulation.
