In order to correct the long-term significant deviation of water supply costs from prices in water conservancy pro-jects and encourage water conservancy engineering units to actively strengthen cost management,it is necessary to establish a normalized adjustment mechanism for water supply pricing in water conservancy projects.The adjustment of water pricing should not only consider the rigid cost increase caused by the transmission effect of the peripheral price environment,but also consider the factors of water supply service quality and management unit cost control.On this basis,a linkage mechanism between water supply pricing and production management factor prices in water conservancy projects can be constructed.
