In recent years,a number of provinces have positively sought to establish the water conservancy industry invest-ment funds to promote the construction of water conservancy infrastructures.Typical surveys in Guizhou,Hunan,Jiangxi,Henan,and other provinces have found that the water conservancy industry investment funds are currently facing challenges including stricter management,inadequate practical applications,and less attractiveness.To boost the better utilization of water conservancy industry investment funds,this paper recommends to strengthen publicity and training to enhance aware-ness,combine with local conditions to classify and promote,provide greater policy support to optimize designs,and advance the market-oriented reform to increase returns.
