长江经济带水网密布、河流众多,大中型水库移民数量超过1 000万人,涵盖346个脱贫县,是水库移民工作的"主战场"也是乡村振兴水利保障工作的"主战场".文章总结了长江经济带绿色发展的重大意义,全面梳理了水库移民和乡村振兴水利保障工作高质量发展的主要实施路径和对策考虑.
Abstract
The Yangtze River Economic Belt,characterized by a dense network of waterways and numerous rivers,is home to over 10 million people affected by large and medium-sized reservoir resettlement,making it a"primary battleground"for reservoir resettlement efforts.This paper summarizes the significant importance of green development in the Yangtze River Economic Belt and provides a comprehensive overview of the main implementation pathways and measure considerations for the high-quality development of reservoir resettlement work.
