摘要
长江经济带是我国重要的内河经济带,它横跨我国东中西三大区域,覆盖11个省市,是我国经济、人口、资源的重要聚集区,也是带动中国经济发展的重要引擎.长江经济带作为我国重要水资源配置战略水源地,为更好支撑和服务中国式现代化提供坚实水安全保障.文章系统梳理了长江流域落实水利高质量发展主要成效,总结了长江经济带在当前我国水资源配置格局中的重要地位,分析阐述长江经济带在未来国家水资源空间均衡和骨干水网建设中的重要作用,并围绕长江经济带高质量发展作为关系国家发展全局的重大战略,对推进中国式现代化、实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦重要意义进行探讨.
Abstract
The Yangtze River Economic Belt,which serves as an important inland river economic belt in China,spans the eastern,central,and western regions of China,covering 11 provinces and cities.It is not only a vital gathering area of China's economy,population,and resources but also a major engine boosting domestic economic development.As a crucial strategic water source for water resources allocation in China,the Yangtze River Economic Belt provides a solid water secur-ity guarantee for better supporting and serving Chinese modernization.This paper systematically reviews the main achieve-ments made in the implementation of high-quality development of water conservancy in the Yangtze River Basin and summa-rizes the importance of the Yangtze River Economic Belt in the current water resources allocation pattern in China.It also analyzes and expounds the important role of the Yangtze River Economic Belt in the spatial distribution balancing of national water resources and the construction of backbone water networks in the future.Furthermore,focusing on the high-quality development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt as a major strategy that has a bearing on the overall national development,this paper delves into the significance of advancing Chinese modernization and realizing the Chinese dream of the great reju-venation of the Chinese nation.
