加快构建国家水网,建设现代化高质量水利基础设施网络,统筹解决水资源、水生态、水环境、水灾害等问题,是以习近平同志为核心的党中央作出的重大战略部署.在此背景下,文章总结了上海河湖治理总体情况,开展了上海水网建设需求分析,并对上海水网建设进行了总体考虑,以期为城市现代水网建设提供参考借鉴.
Abstract
Accelerating the development of the national water grid,building a modern high-quality water conservancy infra-structure network,and coordinating the systematic governance of issues involving water resources,water ecology,water environment,and water disasters are major strategic deployments made by CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core.Under such a background,this paper summarizes the overall situation of the governance of rivers and lakes in Shanghai,conducts a demand analysis on the development of Shanghai water grid,and ponders about the building of Shang-hai water grid as a whole,with a view to proving reference for the development of modern urban water grids.
