The Yangtze River,a lifeline of Chinese people,plays a crucial role in the development of Chinese nation.Spanning the eastern,central,and western regions of China,the Yangtze River Economic Belt serves as a vital support for China's stable economic growth.The promotion of high-quality development in the Yangtze River Economic Belt represents a significant decision made by the CPC Central Committee,shaping a crucial strategy that impacts the overall development of the country.This paper summarizes the top-level design in Hubei Province concerning the coordinated implementation of the two major tasks,i.e.,green development and overall growth.It highlights specific measures to secure the water safety baseline and outlines the directions for advancing the construction of the national water network.
