Thoughts on the coordinated reform of water prices,water rights and water resources tax
Deepening the mechanism of water prices formation,water rights and water resource tax reform,and promoting collaborative efforts with systematic concept are key tasks for deepening water conservancy reform in the current and future periods.On the basis of summarizing the progress of reform and analyzing the new situation and requirements,this article provides a theoretical discussion of the basic attributes,reform objectives,and key content of water prices,water rights,and water resources tax.It analyzes the coupling relationship between these three aspects and proposes an overall considera-tion and relevant suggestions for the coordinated reform of water prices,water rights and water resources tax.
