摘要
习近平总书记高度重视治水工作,深刻指出"治水即治国,治水之道是重要的治国之道",这为我们认识治水与治国的关系提供了遵循和指导.我国历史上就是治水大国,文明起源、大一统国家的建立和发展兴盛,都与治水有着密切联系;进入新时代,治水与国家重大发展战略有机结合,在高质量发展和中国式现代化全局中具有重要地位.文章基于我国悠久治水史和新时代治水的伟大实践,从哲学内涵、历史经验、当代实践等多个角度,深刻领悟"治水之道是重要的治国之道"之内涵要义.
Abstract
General Secretary Xi Jinping attaches great importance to water governance,and profoundly pointed out that"water governance plays a crucial role in national governance,and the approaches to water governance are also ones to national governance,providing principles and guidance for understanding the relationship between water governance and the governance of the country.As a major country with a profound history in water governance,the origin of China's civilization and the establishment and development of a united multi-ethnic country are closely intertwined with water governance.Ente-ring a new era,water governance is aligned with the major national development strategies,and plays a significant role in the overall situation of high-quality development and Chinese modernization.Based on China's long history of water govern-ance and the water governance practice in the new era,the article dived into the core essence of"the approaches to water governance are also ones to national governance"from the perspectives of philosophical connotation,historical experience and contemporary practice.
