摘要
践行"节水优先、空间均衡、系统治理、两手发力"治水思路,推动城乡供水高质量发展,是满足人民群众美好生活向往的基础保障.规模发展、一体建设、数字赋能、专业运营、系统治理,形成宁夏城乡供水高质量发展综合体系.针对短板弱项,从优化工程水网布局、构建水质安全体系、探索数字孪生供水、促进城乡均等服务等方面进行了探讨,提出了对策.
Abstract
Promoting the high-quality development of urban and rural water supply by practicing the water governance idea put forth by General Secretary Xi Jinping(giving priority to water conservation,matching socio-economic development with local resources and environmental capacity,governing water through a systematic approach,and getting both the government and the market to play a greater role)is a fundamental safeguard for meeting the people's aspirations for a better life.Large-scale development,integrated construction,digital empowerment,professional operation,and systematic governance form the comprehensive system for the quality development of Ningxia's urban and rural water supply.To address the short-comings,this paper conducted an analysis and put forward countermeasures,including optimizing the layout of the water network for projects,building a system for ensuring the safety of drinking water,exploring digital twin-driven water supply,and giving urban and rural residents equal access to water supply services.
