摘要

水利基础设施建设作为扩大内需的重要领域,具有吸纳投资大、产业链条长、形成工程量快、促进就业能力强等特点,承载着稳投资、稳增长的重任.10年来,全国水利建设完成投资达到7.5万亿元,先后实施了 172项、150项重大水利工程,为稳定经济大盘、推动江河治理、增进民生福祉提供了重要支撑.在新阶段新形势的要求下,跟踪水利建设投资数据,建立常态化的研究机制,科学研判水利建设投资对经济增长的影响尤为重要,不仅有助于更好发挥水利建设经济成效,而且也为促进经济回稳向上提供水利支撑.

Abstract

As an important area for expanding domestic demand,the construction of water conservancy infrastructure by water conservancy investment and financing enterprises has the characteristics of large investment absorption,long industrial chain,fast formation of engineering quantity,and strong ability to promote employment.It bears the heavy responsibility of stabilizing investment and growth.Over the past 10 years,the total investment in water conservancy construction in China has reached 7.5 trillion yuan,and 172 and 150 major water conservancy projects have been implemented,providing impor-tant support for stabilizing the economy,promoting river governance,and enhancing people's well-being.Under the require-ments of the new stage and situation,it is particularly important to track investment data in water conservancy construction,establish a normalized research mechanism,and scientifically analyze the impact of water conservancy construction invest-ment on economic growth.This not only helps to better leverage the economic benefits of water conservancy construction,but also provides water conservancy support to promote economic stabilization and upward growth.
