摘要
践行绿水青山就是金山银山理念,发挥水利在新时期经济社会高质量发展中的推动作用,是新时期水利高质量发展的内在要求.浙江省安吉县以水为媒,实现"两山"经济高效转化的新模式,为做好绿水青山就是金山银山这篇大文章提供了很好的借鉴.文章从理念战略、发展机制和管理手段三方面梳理安吉县"绿水"红利促进乡村振兴的实践经验,总结提炼了 4条经验启示.
Abstract
Practicing the Two Mountains Theory of lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets and giving play to the role of water conservancy in promoting high-quality economic and social development in the new era are the inherent re-quirements of high-quality water conservancy development in the new era.Using water as a medium,Anji county in Zhe-jiang province developed a new model of efficient commercial transformation of"Two Mountains Theory",providing a useful reference for making progress in this regard.This paper summarized the county's practical experience of advancing rural re-vitalization by utilizing lucid waters from three aspects,namely,concepts and strategies,development mechanism and man-agement approaches and put forward four points.
