摘要
文章以山东省淄博市高青县河湖生态治理为例,详细论述了项 目区内农村河湖水系存在的突出问题及其治理措施,以恢复河湖生态环境为重点,以建设水美乡村为 目的,为沿黄地区类似河湖生态治理工程提供一定的理念基础和治理经验.
Abstract
Taking the river and lake ecological governance in Gaoqing County,Shandong Province as a case study,this paper elaborates on the prominent issues within rural river and lake systems in the project area and the corresponding reme-dial measures.Focused on restoring the river and lake ecological environment and the construction of beautiful countryside,the paper aims to provide a conceptual foundation and governance experience for similar river and lake ecological govern-ance projects in the Yellow River Basin region.
