Reflections and suggestions on the method for confirming the ownership of water rights for small and micro industrial enterprises and large-scale livestock and poultry breeding industry
For the purpose of thoroughly implementing General Secretary Xi Jinping's instructions on"striving to build a pi-lot zone for ecological conservation and high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin",Ningxia takes the initiative to accelerate the reform of water rights.In terms of the ownership confirmation of water rights for small and micro industrial enterprises and large-scale livestock and poultry breeding industry,this paper provides a systematic overview of the main problems in the confirmation of water rights and puts forward suggestions through field surveys and other approaches,with a view to providing helpful reference on the occasion of comprehensive reform of water rights nationwide.
