Research on water-saving potential in irrigation districts'water conveyance systems and calculation of water rights conversion
This study investigates the water-saving potential within irrigation districts'water conveyance systems and deline-ates the specific costs associated with water rights conversion.The analysis takes into account factors such as the current canal system's water utilization coefficient,cropping patterns,on-field engineering,and irrigation technologies.It also defines the cost structure for water rights transfer and various methods for cost calculation.By utilizing the Pi River Main Canal as a calculation channel,it computes the water-saving potential within this canal and derives the calculation results for water rights conversion prices.This research aims to offer theoretical support and practical guidance to improve the water resource utilization efficiency in this canal and ensure sustainable agricultural development.
