摘要
水资源不仅是基础性自然资源,也是战略性经济资源,与政治、经济、社会、环境等领域息息相关,水资源短缺已成为制约我国经济社会发展的关键因素.近年来,我国不断加强水资源的保护和治理工作,并实施了一系列的水资源管理和保护战略.在此背景下,系统分析了我国水资源现状与水达峰问题、探讨了我国水战略的发展及创新技术在水资源管理领域的应用,并对水战略创新发展提出了思考建议,以期为我国水资源管理与可持续健康发展提供参考.
Abstract
Water resources are basic natural resources and strategic economic resources,which are closely related to poli-tics,economy,society,environment and other fields.The desperate shortage of water resources has become a serious bot-tleneck for the social and economic development.In recent years,China has continuously strengthened the protection and management of water resources,and implemented a series of strategies to manage and protect water resources.In this con-text,this article systematically analyzes the current status of water resources and water peak in China,and discusses the de-velopment of water strategy in China and the application of innovative technology in the field of water resources manage-ment,and puts forward some suggestions for the innovation and development of water strategy,in order to provide refer-ences for the sustainable and healthy development of China's water resources management.
