摘要
近年来,城乡供水一体化已成为保障农村饮水安全、促进乡村振兴的重要基础性工作.宁夏回族自治区在领导、组织、实施等层面,系统谋划、多措并举,创新实施"互联网+城乡供水"模式,探索出解决农村供水"最后一百米"难题的方法路径,确保农村群众饮水安全.文章总结宁夏推进城乡供水一体化的党政主导、产业兴盛、智慧赋能等有关实践经验,可为其他地方提供有益参考借鉴.
Abstract
In recent years,the integration of urban and rural water supply has emerged as a fundamental work to safeguard rural drinking water safety and promote rural revitalization.The Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region has made systematic plans and introduced a range of measures at the leadership,organizational,and implementation levels.Through the implementa-tion of an innovative"Internet Plus Urban and Rural Water Supply"model,the region has explored the path and approach to addressing the"last 100-meter"problem in rural water supply,ensuring the drinking water safety of rural residents.This article summarizes the practical experiences of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region in promoting integrated urban and rural water supply,including Party and government leadership,flourishing industries,and empowerment of smart technologies,which may provide valuable references and insights for other regions.
