云南高原水网水系生态修复工程设计策略研究

高原水网水系除承担供水、防洪、灌溉、发电等传统功能外,还兼顾水系生态系统健康的持续发展.在错综复杂的高原水网水系中找准契机突破瓶颈,实现水体功能和生态功能的统一,是当前高原地区水生态文明建设工程的重点.文章从尊重自然规律、维护生态平衡、健康持续发展等理念着手,分析了云南高原水网水系的现状及生态修复方略,通过构建多元生态体系,持续巩固提升高原水网地区生态环境品质,助力高原水系生态有序发展.
Research on the design strategy of ecological restoration engineering for water network in Yunnan Plateau
The plateau water network not only undertakes traditional functions such as water supply,flood control,irriga-tion,and power generation,but also takes into account the healthy and sustainable development of the water ecosystem.Finding opportunities to break through bottlenecks in the complex plateau water network and achieve the unity of water and ecological functions is the focus of the current water ecological civilization construction project in the plateau region.Start-ing from the concepts of respecting natural laws,maintaining ecological balance,and promoting healthy and sustainable development,this article analyzes the current situation and ecological restoration strategies of the water network in the Yun-nan Plateau.By constructing a diversified ecological system,it continuously consolidates and improves the ecological environ-ment quality of the plateau water network area,and promotes the orderly development of the plateau water system ecology.
