Study on Linze County's path to water modernization
This article takes Linze County as a case study,on the basis of evaluating the current situation of water conser-vancy development,analyzes the situation faced by water conservancy modernization,proposes the"four water co-govern-ance"development model of water resources,water environment,water ecology,and water security,and clarifies the development goals of water conservancy modernization,which are to systematically build a high-quality water resources,liv-able water environment,healthy water ecology,and sustainable water security system.From five aspects of accelerating the implementation of water-saving actions,modernization of water conservancy infrastructure,water ecological civilization con-struction,strengthening the rural revitalization strategy of water conservancy guarantee,and comprehensively promoting water conservancy reform and smart water conservancy construction,this article further put forward the realization path of water conservancy modernization in order to provide guidance and reference for accelerating the process of water conservancy modernization.
